Service Advisor – Patchway
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
Location: Patchway
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected dealership in the Patchway area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry to join a successful and growing team.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop. You will ensure that customers receive an excellent level of service while their vehicles are being maintained or repaired.
Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle servicing and repair requirements
*
Booking vehicles into the workshop and arranging courtesy cars where necessary
*
Liaising with technicians and the workshop team regarding vehicle progress
*
Providing customers with updates and advising on any additional work required
*
Preparing job cards and invoices
*
Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
*
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
*
Excellent customer service and communication skills
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
*
Good organisational and administrative skills
*
Full UK driving licence
