Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Ekco, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and managing a portfolio of existing clients. Your primary focus will be to maintain customer relationships, retain and grow revenue by promoting the portfolio of services Ekco can offer.

Managing a client base of around 80 clients, you will ensure that customer issues are proactively addressed and that Ekco remains their trusted technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
* Support Marketing Prospecting activities into the client base and new market opportunities.
* Regularly engage with clients to assess their needs, concerns, and satisfaction levels.
* Manage customer expectations around service delivery timelines and capabilities.
* Ensure timely escalation and resolution of customer concerns within internal teams.

Revenue Protection & Growth

* Maintain and protect existing revenue.
* Timely renewals of clients existing contracts.
* Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Understand how to position the full Ekco Services portfolio.
* Accurate Forecast Management and Reporting on account performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Account Growth: Drive additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
* Account Prospecting and New Business acquisition
* Customer Satisfaction: Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall engagement.
* Weekly CRM hygiene and business reporting
* Regular office attendance, 2/3 days a week per week as an expectation.
* Achievement of quarterly targets and KPI’s set by the business.

Required Experience & Skills

* 2+ years of experience of selling into SMB or mid-market segment.
* Technical awareness of Cyber Services and IT services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to identify new revenue opportunities within accounts.
