Looking to step up into a high impact role where you can own technical delivery from design to deployment?
You’ll be joining a specialist team working on complex RF & Satcom systems used across defence, secure communications, and mission-critical infrastructure.
From integration and testing to delivery and client handover. You’ll be hands-on with RF/Satcom kit, work closely with sales teams to shape technical solutions, and represent the business directly in front of clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, integrate and test complete RF & Satcom systems
• Use test equipment (spectrum analysers, signal generators, power meters) to validate system performance
• Configure modems, terminals, and antennas
• Lead on-site customer acceptance testing and final delivery
• Collaborate with pre-sales on solution design
• Troubleshoot issues during integration, both in-house and on-site
• Keep up to date with evolving RF/Satcom technologies and standards
Requirements
• Experience in RF and/or Satcom engineering
• Strong documentation and communication skills – able to explain clearly to both engineers and end users
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Degree in Engineering, Electronics or Telecommunications (or equivalent experience)
• Willingness to travel and work on-site for project deployments
