The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary, results-driven Assistant Director of Sales with experience in luxury hospitality sales, responsible for driving revenue by developing and executing sales strategies and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales plans to attract bookings, aligning with the hotel's revenue & ADR goals.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, event planners, and travel agents.
3. Leadership & Team Collaboration: Provide support and direction to the sales team with guidance from Director of sales, working collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
4. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform and adapt sales strategies.
5. Presentation & Negotiation: Lead client presentations, conduct site tours, and negotiate contracts effectively.
6. Revenue and ADR Growth: Drive revenue and ADR growth for the hotel's rooms in primary focus but also to F&B outlets, and event spaces.
7. Experience: Proven track record in luxury hospitality sales with a clear understanding of all market segments
