Job Description
My client in the South East is looking to for a Fire Safety Delivery Manager to lead on Fire Safety works from Fire Door installation to remediation works.
Location: South East of England
Rate: Negotiable DOE
Contract: 3-months
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver fire safety projects and strategic initiatives across the portfolio.
* Manage contractors and oversee quality assurance, auditing, and evidence verification.
* Coordinate and track Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions through to completion.
* Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors (QS), engineers, and wider delivery teams.
* Develop and implement works packages tailored to specific building needs.
* Maintain a deep understanding of building layouts, fire safety systems, and operational processes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety legislation and internal standards.
Qualification and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in fire safety project delivery and contractor management.
2. Strong understanding of FRA processes and remedial works.
3. Familiarity with QS practices, auditing, and evidence-based compliance.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
