SEN Cover Supervisor – Wolverhampton

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Cover Supervisor to join a specialist Secondary SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Thrapston on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.
You will support students across KS3 & KS4 with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs, helping to create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
Role Details
* Location: Wolverhampton
* Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm
* Start Date: Immediate
* Pay: £100 – £130 per day
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise classes and deliver pre-set lessons
* Support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs
* Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement
* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams
Requirements
* Experience within SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision preferred
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Patient, adaptable, and confident approach
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
