Salary: £95,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements: Significant experience in designing or building digital solutions such as low-code apps, automated workflows, or reporting solutions Practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code or automation technologies An understanding of how data, processes and systems work together to support business outcomes Ability to work with stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into workable solutions A learning mindset, with the ability to pick up new tools, patterns and approaches over time Experience working in regulated, enterprise or delivery-focused environments is beneficial but not essential. Responsibilities: Design and build applications, workflows, and data-driven solutions primarily using Microsoft Power Platform Collaborate closely with delivery, operations, and client stakeholders to simplify processes and improve insights Handle a varied portfolio of projects, ranging from rapid prototypes to production solutions Contribute ideas and challenge assumptions to continuously improve solution design and delivery Work end-to-end from problem definition through to delivery and support, growing technical depth and system design experience.
