Key responsibilities
1. Supporting the Chef Manager with provision of hospitality & staff Café offer predominantly breakfast and salad bar.
2. Helping to plan menus and implement new catering innovations.
3. Adhering to Food Safety & all industry Health & Safety regulations and standards.
4. Supporting with evening events Fully paid overtime where approved by manager.
5. Researching catering trends and ensuring we are leading the market place in catering innovation.
6. Liaising with clients as and when required.
