OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Sales Consultant, you play a key role in delivering monthly sales targets, elevating customer service, and executing Coty retail excellence standards. You are the face of our diverse luxury portfolio and help travellers discover, explore, and fall in love with our brands every day.
You will be reporting to the Store Management Team, and you will manage:
1 - Sales & Business Performance
1. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining strong performance across KPIs.
2. Demonstrate exceptional customer service to maximise conversion and build repeat business.
3. Show strong ownership, accountability, and a results‑driven mindset.
4. Build relationships with customers to influence, sell, and upsell across Coty’s luxury portfolio.
5. Maintain commercial awareness of promotions, best‑sellers, and store performance drivers.
2 - Customer Experience & Brand Ambassadorship
6. Be a proud ambassador for Coty’s fragrance and beauty brands.
7. Deliver luxury service standards with excellent grooming and product expertise.
8. Communicate confidently, consult genuinely, and adapt your approach to diverse travellers.
9. Build strong relationships with retailer teams and represent Coty with professionalism.
10. Contribute to a positive team culture driven by passion, performance, and customer focus.
3 - Operational & Visual Excellence
11. Maintain exceptional store standards across counters, fixtures, and displays.
12. Ensure correct implementation of VM guidelines and merchandising execution.
13. Use digital tools (iPad) for communication, reporting, and accessing guidelines.
14. Work closely with VM, PMP, Sales, and Store management to uphold Coty excellence.
15. Ensure compliance across stock management, hygiene, and counter upkeep.
