About the Role Location: Hampshire Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 9:30am–5:30pm, Friday 9:30am–5pm) Contract: Permanent, Full Time On-call: Yes (rota-based) Belmont Recruitment is working in partnership with a respected domestic abuse charity to recruit a Domestic Abuse Outreach Project Worker to support children, young people and adults affected by domestic abuse, both in the community and within refuge settings. This is a trauma-informed outreach role focused on safeguarding, emotional recovery and breaking cycles of abuse. You will work directly with children, young people and their non-abusive parents, providing practical support, advocacy and safety planning, while working closely with statutory and voluntary partners.
