Customer Validation & Master Data Representative Role Purpose Join a global leader in healthcare as part of the Customer Account & Supply Management team within Global Supply Chain (GSC). This role is critical in ensuring that medicines reach patients when and where they need them. Youll manage customer account validation, master data maintenance in SAP, and support compliance across Pfizers Direct-to-Pharmacy and Direct Account supply chains. Youll act as a subject matter expert, ensuring processes align with regulatory requirements and evolving industry standards, while delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Customer Account Setup & Data Maintenance Validate and update customer account records in SAP in line with SOPs. Resolve internal and external queries promptly, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Complete periodic revalidations of customer accounts. License & Compliance Checks Perform regular checks to ensure supply only to licensed premises. Track license changes and liaise with customers on registration updates. Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations. System & Process Management Monitor and resolve system issues related to account data and interfaces. Identify and correct errors promptly, escalating where necessary. Continuous Improvement & Projects Recommend and support process improvements. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and compliance. Administration & Records Management Maintain accurate filing systems for customer accounts and amendments. Ensure timely responses to all inquiries and requests. Skills & Experience Secondary education (GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English). Strong customer service experience, ideally B2B. Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage. High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
