About the Role
Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We are looking for a proactive Area Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our Power & Pump division in Scotland and North East England. In this role, you will:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Drive sales, rental, and profit growth across our diverse portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities
As our Area Sales Manager, you will:
* Coordinate, manage, and deliver the Sales plan for your territory.
* Introduce the Carrier range of products and services to the market, identifying strategic opportunities to grow market share.
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide industry-leading standards to our customers.
* Prospect for new customers and explore opportunities with existing clients.
* Engage in continuous personal development on product and application knowledge.
* Utilize Carrier Rental System data systems, especially our CRM system.
* Provide insightful reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales in your designated area.
* Assist in the collection of payments due for services provided.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Outside sales experience in generators or power generation equipment.
* Experience with sustainable energy solutions like solar or battery storage is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
* A self-motivated attitude and a passion for success.
* A valid UK driving license.
