Overview
We’re on a mission to drive the renewable energy revolution across the globe, and we are looking to grow our Solar or Air Source Heat Pump sales teams. We’re expanding in the UK energy market and aim to offer low carbon technologies including Solar, Air Source Heat Pumps and EV Charging. Our customers can enjoy clean, green and cosy homes, with leads coming from engaged customers who expect our renowned 5* service.
Our solutions enable customers to move toward energy independence while we continue to champion domestic, renewable energy in the UK. We’re seeking people who are passionate about the mission and want to grow their careers with us.
We would love for you to have a proven track record of exceptional customer experience with excellent listening skills. Confidence when dealing with customers over the phone in a B2C capacity, sales experience that hits KPIs, and a hunger to develop are a must.

What you’ll do
* Develop and establish your sales pipeline with customers - from lead through to delivery and accomplish sales & orders in line with our KPIs
* Explain the benefits of Low Carbon Technologies, Solar and Air Source Heat Pump systems and Octopus Energy as a provider - our Learning & Development Team will guide you through it in our 4 week induction so you are ready to go
* Provide exceptional customer service through the sales process and record customer feedback in our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
* Become an expert in finding customers their perfect solution to future-proof their homes and drive energy independence
* Be a real advocate for our technology and explain why it’s great for customers’ needs in a jargon-free environment
What you’ll need
* A love of the buzz you get when exceeding targets and earning incentives and great commission structures
* A solution-focused approach and positive outlook, especially when overcoming objections
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively
* Enjoy dynamic and active office environments, adaptability to change, and a fast-moving business
* A desire to work within sales and grow your career
