With over 70 pupils currently enrolled and being oversubscribed yearly, the school is looking to expand in the coming years. The school supports the 'whole child' and proudly offers on-site facilities for all therapy needs. The school is now seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team, supporting learners in both primary and secondary provisions. Applicants must be available full-time and feel confident supporting learners with complex needs on their individual educational journeys.

* Ideal candidates will be flexible, resilient, and have a positive approach to supporting learners with SEN (direct SEN experience is not essential)
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

Responsibilities:
* Supporting SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
* Communicating with parents and carers about pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole school training events
