Associate ADOS clinicians will need to hold HCPC registration and can be from any of the following clinical backgrounds – Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out high-quality ADOS assessments, as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young people.
* Effectively communicating with neurodiverse children and young people and their families. As well as internal and external staff.
* Produce high quality, detailed reports in a timely manner.
What we are looking for:
* A high level of clinical skills as evidenced by peer review and ADOS reports.
* Evidence of incorporating Psicon’s core values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness into their work with others.
* Holds the ADOS-2 certification.
* Ideally experience across all ADOS modules including Bosa.
* Willingness to work flexibly across a range of clinic models, venues and days of the week.
* Good communication skills and level of IT literacy.
* An interest to advance professionally as evidenced by attendance, and contribution to the Psicon Reflective Practice Meetings and ADOS Q&A sessions, ADOS reliability meeting, and / or other CPD events within their professional clinical practice.
