Were looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Temperature Control Solutions team, focusing on our innovative inflatable structures. This is a sales-driven role where youll be responsible for growing revenue, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring our solutions deliver real value.
Generate new business and win hire orders within your area
Visit customers and prospects to uncover opportunities
Deliver quotations and proposals to match client needs
Drive order conversion through strong pipeline management
Build lasting relationships with key accounts
About You
Youll thrive in a sales environment and be motivated by hitting targets and growing your patch. With a people-first approach, you know how to listen to customers, spot opportunities, and turn interest into long-term business.
Previous experience in a sales-driven environment
Comfortable with business development, account management, and order-winning activity
Confident communicator with great presentation skills
Able to build trust and maintain customer satisfaction
Keen to learn and willing to take initiative
