As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will lead the charge in safeguarding our logistics network, whilst using your own initiative to protect assets, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the secure delivery of parcels across our network.
We are looking for the right person to Build elite lossprevention teams protect people, product, and profit.
Interested In Being our next Loss Prevention Manager? Here is what you need to be successful at Evri!
* Work to identify opportunities to handle, load, and process parcels more effectively to reduce loss and damage
* Be responsible for client loss issues that are identified through Clients and work on site with the operational teams to improve loss by client to the agreed KPIs
* Review and conduct audits regarding clients parcels and packaging them as required to ensure loss reduction throughout the network
* Responsible for compliance, working with the depot ops team to reduce damage and mismanagement or treatments of parcels.
Experience/Qualifications:
* Experience of security within a warehouse environment
* Audit role within warehouse or hubs
* Ability to work autonomously and build strong partnerships with stakeholders in the operation
* The ability to handle multiple/complex tasks in a fast paced, ever changing environment
* Self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative
* Loss Prevention experience ideal but not essential
