As the Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:
Updating the Master Production Scheduler and managing all medium- and short-term production scheduling
Attending and contributing to S&OP meetings
Managing the MRP process
Conducting capacity planning (MPS) for internal production sites and third-party contracted suppliers
Developing sourcing plans (MRP) for intercompany movements and direct external purchases
Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, including operations, technical, and sales teams
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (experience within the food sector is advantageous)
Strong knowledge of production planning and the S&OP process
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder demands effectively
A solid understanding of ERP systems, with high proficiency in supply chain tools within ERP platforms
Knowledge of new product set-up and onboarding, bill of material management, capacity planning, and MRP
