Job Purpose: The Printed Packaging Coordinator is required to create, update, review, track and monitor artwork for all packaging that flows through the business, as well as interact with stakeholders daily regarding changes and updates to packaging. Main Responsibilities: Generate new packaging designs and concepts as part of EPD and NPD launches. Implement artwork requests from stakeholders throughout the business, liaising with external studios and freelancers as required, ensuring branding and visual identity of the company and its products is first class and consistent. Progressing the artwork approval and proofing process, including monitoring internal approvers, sending, and chasing artwork for customer approval and release of the completed artwork. Monitor the packaging quality standards for all first deliveries and maintain our packaging retain library along with colour standards. Assist with the creation, distribution, and maintenance of packaging text documents for our range of ADM Protexin branded products. Assist with the creation and maintenance of packaging specification documents for all printed packaging. Raising/logging artwork requests. Work closely with the Operations Planning team to ensure smooth and controlled new packaging implementation throughout the superseded codes process. Adding codes to the weekly IFS migration sheet and completing the approval on behalf of the marketing team. Assist with reviewing and processing Technical documents linked with associated artwork changes, ensuring timely progression and completion. Supporting the Printed Packaging Manager and other colleagues. Skills & Abilities: Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator/InDesign). A strong eye for detail. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A high standard of computer literacy. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good numeracy skills. Drive, determination and enthusiasm. Education & Experience: Proven experience as an Artworker or similar design role. Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator/InDesign).
