We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer to join ourSt Albansteam!
About the role
Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties,youllundertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include minor plumbing, joinery, tiling,kitchenand bathroom fittingetc within a social housing setting.Youllreceive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.
About you
Candidates will hold the relevant trade qualifications, with excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties,youllhave a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.Youllideally hold a Blue CSCS cardandSocial Housing maintenance is desirable given the nature of the role.
You musthave your own tools andhold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
