The role is 8:30-3:30 on a Full Time basis for the Spring/Summer Term. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. The child is aged 8 but is working at EYFS level, therefore you must be able to progress the child to work with children in Early Years/ KS1 via play, communication and support independence. You will work closely with individual pupils, providing tailored support to meet their specific needs, helping them to build confidence, stay engaged, and make progress both academically and emotionally. Your ability to form strong relationships and adapt your support style will be key to helping pupils thrive. Requirements The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant you will require; A genuine passion for working with children and young people Experience working with children with SEN in a nursery or educational setting. A good understanding of the National Curriculum or the subject that are taught in school. A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
