Our Procurement and Supply Chain teams operate as one central function, helping to deliver great performance and value for our organisation and our Customers.
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement Supply Chain division in our Motor and Rescue Category. You will report into our Senior Sourcing Manager. The Motor & Rescue P&SC team covers categories including mobility provision, salvage, repair, legal services, rescue networks, glazing, and more.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Lead sourcing projects and support procurement colleagues on strategic projects and category-wide plans.
2. Support the development of category strategies through data analysis and intelligence gathering.
3. Provide procurement support, guidance on procurement processes, and facilitate negotiations and contractual documentation.
4. Develop relationships with partners through procurement knowledge, commercial value-add, and communication.
5. Demonstrate and promote the use of E-sourcing systems in all RFX activities.
What You'll Need
Some sourcing experience is required, regardless of category or industry. Experience within the motor and rescue sector is desirable.
