Were seeking an energetic, organised, and proactive Office & HR Personal Assistant to play a key role in supporting both office operations and HR activities.

What Youll Be Doing As HR & Office Administrator
* Provide administrative support to the HR department and site operations.
* Coordinate travel, meetings, and company events.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring full compliance.
* Prepare employment documents, contracts, and letters.
* Support recruitment activities, from scheduling interviews to maintaining records.
* Assist with training administration and apprenticeship programmes.
* Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times.
What Were Looking For – HR & Office Administrator
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator, ideally within HR.
* Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
* A flexible and proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Confident using digital tools, Microsoft Office, and HR systems.
