Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Busser to join the team in our fine-dining room, Aurelia.

About the Position: In the Busser role, you will be contributing to a pleasant dining experience by cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, or (at times) serving food.
About You: You are positive and energetic with a great attitude You are looking to be part of a team, while still being able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment. You have prior bussing experience or are willing to learn as a new skill
Essential Duties:
* Maintain Forbes 5 star standards
* Accurately and consistently execute Aurelia's steps of service.
* Execute in-service workflow as directed.
* Clear dirty dishes and linens as necessary.
* Maintain stocked and organized service stations.
* Communicate effectively with guests and other team members to ensure timing standards are maintained.
* Setup dining rooms for Aurelia service
* Provide general table maintenance.
* Complete Daily side work as assigned.
* Fill in for other support roles as needed.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
* Prior experience a plus but not required
Skills & Abilities:
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time
* Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
* Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
* Outstanding customer service abilities
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Organized with great attention to detail
