ARE YOU A SALES PROFESSIONAL OR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN THE FOUNDRY AND ENGINEERING SECTOR?

The role is suitable for sales, new business development, or key account managers with experience in the foundry or castings industry, preferably with expertise in grey iron products.
Reporting to the Foundry Division Director, you will manage and grow the top 10 foundry customers, focusing on profitability and efficiency. You will represent the customer’s voice regarding sales, design, quality, pricing, and delivery. Your goal is to increase sales and profit from engineering casting sales, support OEM growth, and assist with export sales in Europe.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for sales professionals or key account managers to join a manufacturer that has recently invested heavily in its facilities and aims for "World Class" status. It is an autonomous position with scope to influence the company's future success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the top 10 foundry customers to meet targets
* Increasing sales and profits from engineering, OEM, and export sales in Europe
* Managing and developing the foundry sales efforts, liaising internally with sales teams, reps, agents, and stakeholders
* Contributing to pricing strategy improvements
* Acting as the "voice of the customer" on sales, design, quality, pricing, and delivery
* Supporting company promotional and marketing activities
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales and account management
* Experience in the foundry industry
* Familiarity with grey iron casting processes
