Job Description
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service at every point of the journey, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly manner.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and support an inclusive and safe working environment.
* Comply with health and safety regulations and food‑service or catering guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
* Passion for food and/or customer service.
* Enjoy working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
* Solution‑oriented mindset and adaptability to challenges.
* Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is a plus.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
