The Role & Responsibilities Working with highly motivated and talented students, you will deliver a curriculum that pushes far beyond the standard requirements of examination boards. Subject Instruction: Teaching Music across KS3, GCSE, and A-Level, with a focus on harmony, composition, and musicology. Performance Leadership: Directing school-wide ensembles, orchestras, or contemporary bands for annual high-profile concerts. Academic Stretching: Guiding students through scholarship applications and preparation for Conservatoire or university music entrance exams. Curriculum Innovation: Developing elective courses in niche areas like Film Scoring or Music Technology. Requirements Degree: A degree in Music, Performance, or Composition. QTS: Mandatory.
