PE Global is recruiting a Maintenance Admin Assistant for our leading engineering client based in Liverpool. This is a contract role with an initial duration of 6–months.
Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition across key engineering functions.
* Collaborate with engineering, IT, and project stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
* Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues, escalating where appropriate.
* Develop system documentation, training materials, and user guides to support knowledge transfer and end-user adoption.
* Work as part of a cross-functional team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance SAP-driven workflows.
Requirements:
* 6 to 12 months’ experience in a similar role involving SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
* Hands-on experience supporting or implementing SAP S/4HANA in an enterprise environment.
* Strong understanding of engineering workflows and how they interact with SAP ERP systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Exposure to system configuration, testing, or end-user support within an SAP context is highly desirable.
