Are you a friendly, adaptable individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We’re looking for a reliable Reception & Event Support Assistant to support our Front Of House, Vehicle Rental and Marketing Teams on an ad-hoc basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional and welcoming reception cover
* Assist with the setup, coordination, and support of off-site events
* Deliver high standards of service to clients, visitors, and colleagues
* Handle administrative tasks and enquiries efficiently
* Travel to event locations as required (transport may be provided)
* Handle enquiries and manage bookings efficiently, both in person and over the phone
* Process payments, deposits, and refunds accurately and in line with company procedures
* Verify customer identification and insurance eligibility to ensure compliance with rental policies
* Manage the handover and return of vehicles, ensuring a seamless and well-documented process
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible approach to working hours and locations
* Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or event support is desirable
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional appearance and attitude
