Location: Burscough. Weekdays only, 8:30 – 5pm, 1-hour lunchbreak. Good commute from: Wigan, Preston, Liverpool, etc, if not local.
Salary: Starting at £24,500pa + Benefits package.
Role Type: Full time, permanent role.

The role
To fulfil this role, you’ll have a good standard of education including Math’s and English.
You’ll be the customers’ first point of contact; having an excellent telephone manner is essential along with the ability to quickly build rapport with the customers.
Good organisational skills are required to enable you to prioritise work to meet the customer’s needs, working to tight deadlines when needed. Having a common sense and flexible approach to work, you will manage your workload & be able to work on several different contracts as the need arises. Proven experience of managing a varied workload, high levels of accuracy & prioritising tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail is essential.
