ABC are currently looking to recruit Primary Teachers for the Dudley and Sandwell area on a long-term full-time basis from September. We are actively recruiting for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 Teachers as well as Y5 and 6 PPA Teachers on a full-time basis. As the Class Teacher you will be expected to; Plan and teach well-structured lessons Have the ability to adapt lessons to suit all pupils individual needs Have good subject and curriculum knowledge Take part in parents evenings and other school related tasks of a similar nature Take on board the schools policies and procedures to help aim towards the schools values Be flexible where needed to help support the school and it’s children Good behavior management is essential Provide feedback to parents and pupils Support and give direction to your Teaching Assistants to provide the best outcome for the students What you will need to be successful; Reliability and punctuality Understanding of different pupils needs and how to support them Caring and nurturing approach A can do attitude and an eagerness to develop your skills What we can offer Good communication A knowledgeable, and honest consultant to help with any queries you may have Requirements To be considered for the primary teacher position, you will: Hold QTS (ECTs/NQTs welcome) Have recent, relevant, referenceable experience. Be ready to commit to your classroom, pupils and school for the foreseeable future. Have the ability to engage with various abilities with strong communication skills.
