Job Description
The In-house Paralegal will be:
* Managing litigation workflows and assisting on disputes in the motor‑finance space
* Drafting and reviewing court documents, defences, and correspondence
* Liaising with external counsel and courts to ensure timely filings and hearings
* Preparing litigation bundles and taking witness statements
* Supporting the small legal team with litigation case tracking and process improvements
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have some experience as a paralegal, preferably within litigation, and an interest in the car finance sector.
You will need to be comfortable drafting legal documents, attending court, and liaising with external contacts.
Finance experience would be advantageous.
