IT Support Engineer - Cloud
Tech stack - IT Support, 2nd/3rd Line, Azure, Office 365, Sharepoint, Microsoft Cloud Specialist - £35-40k (potential flex on salary for the right person)
Looking for a role where every day feels a bit different? This friendly, long-standing IT support team is on the lookout for a Cloud Specialist who knows their way around Office 365 and Azure and enjoys helping customers get the best out of their tech.
You'll get stuck into everything from solving support tickets (both remote and onsite) to delivering cloud projects and shaping technical proposals with the MD. You'll also play a big part in supporting and mentoring the team, sharing your experience and helping others grow.
We're looking for someone who's spent a few years in an MSP or similar environment - but the role is definitely open to candidates who have worked in-house and knows O365 inside-out (licensing, migrations, admin - the lot), and has hands-on experience building or moving customers to Azure.
SharePoint and Teams Phone know-how is a big bonus. You'll need to be a strong communicator, a natural problem-solver, and happy to take part in an on-call rota (around one weekend in six). A driving licence is essential as the role mixes office, home and field work.
There will be a variety of other IT Support work to get involved in but the main focus will be MS Cloud based. If anyone is interested in gaining additional Azure quals then these guys have you covered.
