Senior QA Engineer ( Automation & Manual) 2 Days Onsite in Dublin weekly - expenses covered Hayward Hawk are exclusively recruiting for an NI based experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality, enterprise-scale systems in a hybrid automation/manual environment with a strong emphasis on innovation, quality, and collaboration. Responsibilities: Lead quality assurance across complex projects from planning through to post-production support. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing. Define, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios, ensuring full coverage and traceability. Collaborate with global stakeholders across development, product, and regulatory teams to drive quality across all phases of the SDLC. Create and manage documentation and QA reporting within tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr. Requirements: 8+ years of QA experience, with strong hands-on automation and manual testing skills. Expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and hybrid automation frameworks (keyword-driven, data-driven, BDD). Strong experience testing APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and managing test environments. Experience working within the banking or financial services domain is preferred. Skilled in CI/CD and DevOps tools like Jenkins, UDeploy, Bitbucket, TeamCity, and SonarQube. Ability to analyse complex test requirements, adapt to changing priorities, and lead initiatives in high-pressure environments. Proven track record of managing end-to-end QA for large-scale, mission-critical applications ideally in the regulatory or compliance space.
