Reach Truck Driver (FLT) - 4 on 4 off Location: BD4Shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 4 Days On / 4 Days OffPay Rate: £12.59 per hour + Enhanced Overtime RatesAre you an experienced Reach Truck Driver looking for full-time, consistent work with great benefits and work-life balance? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving warehouse operation with a strong team culture and excellent facilities.Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and reliable FLT Reach Truck Operator to support daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of goods using a Reach Truck, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to all site health and safety procedures.Key Duties:* Operating Reach Forklift Trucks to move stock within the warehouse* Loading and unloading deliveries* Replenishing stock in picking locations* General warehouse duties and housekeeping* Completing relevant documentation as requiredRequirements:* Valid Reach Truck licence - in-house licences accepted* Previous FLT experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment* Able to commit to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (6am-6pm)* Reliable, punctual, and team-focused with a strong work ethicWhat's in It for You?* £12.59 per hour starting rate* Overtime paid at enhanced rates* Consistent shift pattern with guaranteed hours* Modern working environment with ongoing support* Potential for long-term or permanent employment
