Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience), plus large company benefits
Hours: Potential shift pattern depending on workload, otherwise 8am - 5pm

Position Overview
We are seeking a proven Audio Visual / Event Technician to work on a new building for a prestigious client, providing AV technical support across all meeting rooms. This role involves exposure to high-level management and directors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review daily AV schedule and provide remote and onsite room support
2. Provide first-line support for all AV hardware issues
3. Ensure smooth connectivity for scheduled conferences
4. Handle administrative tasks such as responding to support hotline calls and emails
5. Manage support tickets and generate reports within TMS and related infrastructure
6. Perform daily proactive room checks
7. Support event setup and in-room support, including pre-event testing
8. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements for large events
9. Participate in pre-production meetings for scheduled events
10. Support global production events with room systems
Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience as an AV support technician
2. Excellent communication and process-oriented skills
3. Experience in customer-facing roles
4. Knowledge of Cisco AV technologies
5. Industry certifications (Cisco, Avixa, Crestron, Extron, WebEx)
6. Ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams
7. Knowledge of Lighting and Acoustic systems
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Customer service and management skills
