The Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of EO Charging. They will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and contributing to the overall success of the organisation through sound financial management and effective governance and control.
EO Charging is looking for an experienced finance professional to undertake the following responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end financial reporting processes for EO Charging including P&L by Segment, Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Cashflow Statement.
2. Improve the monthly closing cycle, ensuring a good cadence with robust checks and controls in place.
3. Responsible for delivering the annual statutory accounts and audit process,.
4. Be the subject matter expert when it comes to Accounting Standards and Accounting Policies. Maintain appropriate accounting policies and keep track of changes in accounting policies and standards, ensuring that books are maintained in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP (US GAAP).
5. Design, implement, and document financial and internal control processes and procedures in accordance with the Company's financial control environment.
