Performance, Improvement & Insight Officer needed in Guildford Paying £220 per day ref 5266616 Full time hours on a temporary basis We’re looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Performance, Improvement & Insight Officer to join the newly established Business Insight and Improvement Team within Housing. This role is focused on enhancing service delivery through data-driven insight, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a performance management framework that drives service improvement and supports strategic decision-making. Develop, monitor, and report on performance and insight data to inform business planning. Support the development of policies, procedures, and effective complaint resolution processes. Provide expert advice on performance and improvement matters, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices.
