Reports to: Base Maintenance Stores Supervisor
Location: Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance (PAMGmBh) Hahn Airport
The Storesperson will be responsible for the day to day running of the Store at PAMG, delivering a secure, efficient and reliable service to colleagues.
You will ensure that aircraft parts are stored, handled and issued correctly.
The Storesperson will maintain accurate records of all transactions, perform regular stock checks.
Requirements
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for the control of all stock movements into and out of store both physically and on our engineering computer system.
* Ensuring required stock levels are maintained.
* Ensuring all materials are controlled in accordance with internal processes and quality procedures.
* Enforcement of PAMG Parts process.
* Supply weekly usage reports.
* Monitor and report on trends/abnormal usage.
* Proactive, positive approach, ability to work on own initiative
* Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills
* Effective communication skills at all levels
* Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet
* Knowledge of AMOS advantageous
* Ability to work without direct supervision
* Experience working within the Airline Industry advantageous
