Payrate: £95–£120 per day (Depending on experience)

Promote positive behaviour, support student wellbeing, and create a safe learning environment as a Behaviour Manager.
We’re inviting a committed Behaviour Manager to join a school in Nottingham, leading behaviour strategies, supporting pupils, and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture.
The Role:
* Develop and implement behaviour management plans and interventions
* Support students in developing social, emotional, and behavioural skills
* Work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to address needs
* Monitor progress and report on behaviour improvements and outcomes
What You’ll Bring as Behaviour Manager:
* Experience working with children or young people in behaviour management or pastoral roles
* Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* A patient, resilient, and proactive approach.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
