Main Responsibilities
* Carrying out initial assessments of claims
* Assisting Surveyors on Expert Witness inspections and producing reports in accordance with instructions received.
* Liaising with administrative colleagues to organise appointments and preparation of inspection reports
* Responding to information requests from instructing clients
* Assisting with refurbishment/construction project management commissions
* Assisting with marketing and new business development activities
* Other Building Surveying tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications
* RICS accreditedBuilding Surveying degree
