This role is to start ASAP and is available on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils within a secondary classroom setting • Support students with challenging behaviour, using effective behaviour management strategies • Assist the class teacher with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources • Help to engage and motivate students who may be disengaged from learning • Monitor and record pupil progress, feeding back to teachers and SEN staff • Encourage independence and positive participation in lessons • Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment Candidate Requirements: • Ideally hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 2 or above) – desirable but not essential • Eligible to work in the UK • Experience working with children within the last...
