What You'll Be Doing Teaching engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with A-Level opportunities in some schools). Who We're Looking For A qualified teacher ( QTS/QTLS or equivalent ) with a specialism in English Language or Literature. Confident teaching across KS3 and KS4, with a track record (or potential) for strong exam results. Excellent classroom presence, communication, and behaviour management skills. A reflective and motivated educator who values teamwork and continuous improvement. Suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to make a positive impact.
