We are seeking a dedicated Yard Person / Warehouse Operative to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, efficient, and ideally possesses both a full UK driving licence and a counterbalance licence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the yard and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Organise and maintain the yard and warehouse areas for optimal efficiency.
* Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accurate shipment and receipt of goods.
* Assist in inventory management and control.
* Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
* Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to optimise operations.
* Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all working areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Full UK driving licence.
2. Valid counterbalance forklift licence. - Preferable
