No day will be the same - here are some of the highlights We’re looking for an organised and experienced Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting with sourcing exceptional candidates and assisting with various administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll focus on attracting and sourcing diverse talent whose skills, mindset, and potential align with the purpose, values, and strategies of Good Energy. You’ll collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify top talent, maintain candidate pools, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process. This role requires a strong focus on direct sourcing, primarily through LinkedIn and other platforms, as well as managing speculative applications. You’ll also assist with CV screening and administrative tasks, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and an efficient process. Key Responsibilities: Posting job adverts both internally and externally Supporting the creation of engaging social media content and posting on Facebook and Instagram Directly source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other networks Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and assist with pipeline building Conduct occasional pre-screening calls with candidates Utilise the recruitment ATS system to manage speculative applications, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate feedback and notes Ensure administration tasks are completed, keeping candidates and managers informed in line with our SLA Create interview templates within our ATS Serve as the first point of contact for candidates during the initial stages of recruitment Manage our careers inbox and respond to candidate inquiries Provide an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish What you'll need to succeed We’re looking for someone with experience working in or alongside a Talent Acquisition team, who is eager to grow their resourcing and administrative skills. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be driven, and have a passion for sourcing high-quality, diverse talent. You’re highly organised, with strong time management skills that allow you to juggle administrative tasks without compromising attention to detail. You’ll excel at communication and enjoy building relationships with candidates, creating excitement about opportunities, and effectively selling Good Energy to passive talent.
