You will deliver a wide range of responsive maintenance activities to a diverse customer baseand deliver excellent customer service.
* Starting salary £30,632 rising to £32,245 on successful completion of 6 month probation period
* Fylde Coast
* 39 hour week, working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday -Thursday & 8am-3:30pm on Friday
* Start at 26 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays
* Van, Fuel card, Uniform & Tools provided
* Key must haves full clean driving licence, experience in the built environment

* You willundertake the correct diagnosis and method of responsive maintenance to achieve a first time fix and outstanding customer satisfaction
