I am currently on the lookout for experienced SDR Managers who are looking to help grow a team of over performing SDRs. The company are a data management platform for Alternative Investments. Typically used by PE's, Hedge-funds & Investment firms. Experience - 18 + months within a SDR Manager roles. Experience looking after a team of at least 4 SDRs Have managed and assisted with Enterprise deals of £80k + Knowledge of Alternative Investments or Financial Services experience is a bonus. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools (e.g., CRM, sales automation)Responsibilities - Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to SDR team members.Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individual team members.Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the SDR teamCollaborate with sales leadership to develop and refine the sales development strategy.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth
