Your new roleAs an Architect, you will be involved in the design and delivery of projects from concept through topletion. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop creative solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional goals, while ensuringpliance with planning and building regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading design development across RIBA stages
2. Preparing and presenting design proposals
3. Coordinating with consultants and contractors
4. Managing planning applications and building regulation submissions
5. Attending client meetings and site visits
What you'll need to succeed
6. ARB registered Architect (or equivalent)
7. Strong design and presentation skills
8. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM experience desirable)
9. Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
10. Excellentmunication and project coordination abilities
