What you'll be doing
* As a Graduate Site Engineer, support planning and construction of vital infrastructure (roads, buildings, substations and other structures).
* Work on-site to support the delivery of Civils or Power Transmission projects.
* Gain hands-on experience in design, installation and maintenance, ensuring works meet technical standards and safety requirements.
Who we're looking for
* For Graduates with a relevant degree, the programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning with a strong focus on career progression.
* Minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
* Full UK driver’s license before joining.
* Travel to various locations may be required; occasional work away from home. Reasonable travel and accommodation expenses reimbursed per company policy.
