ROLE: Mixed Tax Senior SALARY: £30,000 £40,000 (dependent on experience) LOCATION: Malvern (hybrid working available, flexible hours) Red Rock are currently working with an established accountancy practice who are looking to recruit a Mixed Tax Senior to join their friendly tax department. The position offers the opportunity to manage a varied client portfolio and develop strong technical tax expertise within a supportive team environment. DUTIES: Manage a personal tax client portfolio of approximately 330 clients, including preparing tax returns and handling client queries and advice Take ownership of a client portfolio with support from seniors, managers, and partners during busy periods Contact HMRC to amend tax codes, chase refunds, and handle ad hoc queries Review corporation tax returns Assist with the preparation of P11Ds Attend client meetings or phone calls to discuss tax returns and resolve queries Prepare and submit Capital Gains Tax returns Register Trusts on the Trust Registration Service This role is ideally suited to someone who has recently completed their AAT qualification, with prior experience in tax.
